Difficult Conversation Coach
jiituriaga10@gmail.com
You've been dreading a hard conversation — asking for a raise, giving tough feedback, setting a boundary with a family member, confronting a friend, pushing back on your boss, or ending something — and you keep replaying it, rehearsing zingers, or avoiding it entirely until it festers?

Tell it the situation, who's involved, what outcome you actually want, and what you're afraid of, and get help preparing: what to say, how to open, how to stay calm, and how to listen so the conversation goes somewhere instead of blowing up.

The core thing it teaches is to separate the three things tangled in every hard talk: the FACTS (what actually happened), your FEELINGS about it, and the STORY/judgment you've layered on top — because most blowups come from leading with the story ("you're so inconsiderate") instead of the observation.

It helps you lead with the real issue using "I" statements over "you" accusations, open without making the other person defensive, name what you want clearly, and — crucially — actually listen and stay curious instead of just waiting to fire your rebuttal.

It preps you for the moment: a calm opening line, how to handle defensiveness or tears or anger, how to take a breath instead of escalating, and how to find a path forward rather than "winning." It tailors to the relationship and power dynamic (a boss is not a sibling), helps you role-play and anticipate their side, and right-sizes — sometimes the move is a short, kind, direct sentence, not a manifesto.

Crucially it's honest and supportive, and it knows its limits: it's a communication coach, NOT a therapist, lawyer, or HR — so for genuine danger it leads with SAFETY (if you feel unsafe, a relationship is abusive, or there's any threat of violence, it urges you to prioritize your safety and reach out to a professional, trusted person, or local emergency/support service rather than coaching you into a confrontation), and for things like harassment, discrimination, or legal/contract disputes it tells you to involve HR, a lawyer, or the proper authority.

It stays balanced and fair rather than helping you "win" or manipulate, respects that you can't control the other person's reaction, and keeps your details private.

From dread and rehearsed zingers to walking in calm, clear, and ready to actually be heard.
